After forging, the parts are sent to CNC machining equipment, where knowledgeable workers accurately cut sealing surfaces, bevels and micron-sized threads.

According to the expected environment, the last step is surface protection, which may involve electroplating, zinc plating or black oxide. For connectors exposed to moisture, chemicals, or outdoors, these coatings improve corrosion resistance, prevent corrosion, and add additional durability layers.
